Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, CellarVue will repair or replace any part of the unit which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. During this period, CellarVue will provide all the parts and labor necessary to correct such defects free of charge as long as the unit has been installed and operated in accordance with the written instructions in our owners manuals. If the unit is deemed non-repairable by a CellarVue authorized service center, CellarVue will provide you with a reasonably similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished. Freight expenses are not covered. In rental or commercial use, the warranty period is only 90 days from the original date of purchase. Unit must be located in a CellarVue service area to qualify for labor. Units located outside the service area, deemed to be defective by an authorized CellarVue technician will be provided replacement parts free of charge. Items purchased in one of our Big Box Retailers should not be returned to the store, rather contact CellarVue directly in these cases. Not responsible for spoilage associated with the use of our units. |
